In today’s day and age with our multitude of government officials and departments, labor laws can change like clockwork, and it’s hard to stay on top of them. Posters ordered to keep your business compliant can be invalid in a matter of days. So, let’s address the elephant in the room: How on earth can you stay compliant?

Changes to Labor Laws

Did you know that in 2018 there were over 75 mandatory labor law changes? These laws were implemented across 37 states in the US. Out of the 75 new laws, 17 are currently in effect as of January 1, 2019. What this boils down to is this: If you haven’t updated your posters since December, you are now uncompliant in the eyes of federal and state law.

How -To Stay Compliant

With 58 new laws still waiting to take effect, printing these posters can be costly and time-consuming. With our new Poster Service Cards, you can buy a year’s subscription for your labor law posters.

How Our Poster Service Cards Work

Order the poster you wish to stay compliant with at Once ordered, you will receive a card with a code. This code will allow you access to the online poster service, ComplyRight. Through the ComplyRight portal, you will be able to select where you wish your labor law poster(s) sent to. For the entire year, this service will monitor labor laws on your company’s behalf. Every time a mandatory update occurs, you will be immediately shipped a replacement poster!
