Trust us when we say you don't want to do the dishes or pay to have them done when your company size is 500+. If you're worried about the environmental factor that this brings into play, we suggest you look into eco-friendly options.
Plastic Everything
The same goes with utensils - and if you're concerned about forks and knifes breaking due to your culinary choices, opt for the brands that mark that their product is 'heavyweight.' It's worth the extra buck!
Trash Bags & Bins
Of course all these paper plates and plastic forks need to be disposed of. Ironically, one of the often most forgot about things when it comes to a party are waste receptacles. Make sure to have at least 1 bin for every 100 people.
